摘要
本文是4586位企业经营者参与的"2006年中国企业经营者问卷跟踪调查"的专题调查报告——"企业家对企业社会责任的认识与评价"的主要内容。调查结果显示,企业经营者普遍认同"优秀企业家一定具有强烈的社会责任感",高度认同履行经济、法律、伦理、公益4个方面社会责任的重要意义;同时,相当多的企业经营者比较关注履行社会责任的成本;企业履行法律责任和伦理责任方面存在欠缺的现象较为突出;企业经营困难、企业经营者素质不高、缺乏良好的社会诚信环境以及社会相关部门没有很好地履行自己的责任,被认为是导致企业履行社会责任存在欠缺的主要原因。
The content of this article is the main part of the report-entitled 'Enterprisers' Recognition of Enterprises' Social Responsibilities and the Evaluation thereof'-on the investigation of the special subject of 'The Answers Given in the Year of 2006 by China's Enterprisers to Questionnaires' ( the said enterprisers numbered 4586). The outcome of the survey indicates that most enterprisers have agreed that 'excellent enterpriser must have a strong sense of social responsibilities',that they consent very willingly to the great significance of the performance of social responsibilities in the aspects of economy,law,ethics and public welfare; that many enterprisers have shown great concern over the cost entailed by the fulfillment of social responsibilities,that the phenomena that enterprises have drawbacks in the fulfillment of legal and ethical responsibilities is relatively noticeable,and that the difficulties met in the operation of enterprises,the poor quality of managers,the lack of good social environment for good faith,and the poor performance of responsibilities on the part of the related government departments are considered to be the root of the drawbacks that enterprises have in the fulfillment of social responsibilities.
