摘要
本文从专利申请情况和专利技术发展态势两大方面,对比分析了1995-2005年期间广东、北京、上海三个地区的专利发展情况,并得出一些有益的结论,以期为各省市在自身专利发展过程中提供参考和借鉴。
This paper analyzes on the patents of Guangdong Beijing and Shanghai from 1995 to 2005 contrastively, through the patent application and development of patent technology, then sums up some conclusions, intending to providing some useful information to other cities.
