摘要
目的探讨乳腺派杰氏病的临床与病理特点。方法对经手术和病理证实的乳腺派杰氏病10例,从临床表现与病理等方面加以分析。结果乳腺派杰氏病在乳腺癌中的发生率为0.8%,发病年龄39-60岁,平均49.7岁,病史1-120个月,乳头糜烂是最常见临床表现,治疗采取以手术为主的综合治疗,清扫腋窝淋巴结6-13枚,平均9枚,淋巴结转移1例(2/13枚)。结论乳腺派杰氏病作为特殊类型乳腺癌,发病率低,误诊率高,早期诊断和治疗可获得长期生存。
Objective To explore the clinical and pathological features, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of Paget＇ s disease, Methods From 1985 to 2006, 10 patients with Paget＇s disease were operated and pathologically confmned. Results Paget＇s disease accounted for 0.8% of the total morbility of the breast cancer. The range of age was 39 - 60 years, the mean age was 49.7years. The mean dura- tion of the symptoms was 1 - 120 months. The most eomrmon symptom was anabrosis at nipple. All patients received combined treatment with surgery as the major modality . The mean number of lymph nodes obtained during operation were 9 （6 - 13）. Only 1 case got positive lymph nodes （2/13）. Conclusion As a special type of breast cancer, Paget＇ s disease has the features of low morbility, higher misdiagnosis and longer survival with early diagnosis and proper treatment.
