摘要
通过对西门子Sinumerik数控系统编程平台的分析,概括了其高级编程的功能特点,结合实际加工中零件坐标系建立、刀具自动补偿等具有普遍性的问题,运用Sinumerik 840C系统CL800子程序语言编写了参数化的加工程序和功能循环.以具体实例介绍了其编程原理以及在提高零件加工精度和加工效率方面的实用性,并阐述了数控编程二次开发的工艺技术特点和应用价值.
This paper summarizes the function for the advanced program of Siemens Sinumerik NC system with analysis to the system program. In the combination of such common problems as coordinate set-up for part and automatic compensation for tool, parameterized process program and function cycle are compiled with CLS00 subprogram language of Sinumerik840C. It introduces the program principle and practicality in the respect of the improvement for part working accuracy and working efficiency as well as explains technological characteristics and applied value for the 2nd development of NC program.
