摘要
目的 对2005年洛阳市老城区法定传染病疫情进行流行病学分析，为传染病防治提供决策依据。方法 用描述性流行病学方法对老城区2005年疫情进行分析。结果 2005年无甲类传染病报告，报告乙类传染病7种计508例，死亡1例，报告发病率334．77／10万；报告丙类传染病4种计158例，报告发病率为104．12／10万。乙类传染病中前五位的是病毒性肝炎、细菌性痢疾、肺结核、麻疹、淋病；血液与性传播疾病占发病总数的45．05％，肠道传染病占发病总数的15．16％，呼吸道传染病占发病总数的16．01％。乙类传染病发病主要以20～40岁工人和农民为主，丙类传染病以小学生、幼托儿童为主。结论 应该加强对血液与性传播疾病的预防控制，加强对工人、小学生、幼托儿童的健康知识教育，加大学校传染病的监测工作，做好重点人群的健康教育。
Objective Making a deep analysis of the old urban area of Luoyang city in 2005 for statutory diseases epidemiology, as a basis for making the prevention of infectious disease. Method Using the descriptive epidemiology of the disease in 2005 in the Old City District for analysis. Results A non-communicable diseases result in 2005 was reported, seven B 508 cases of communicable diseases, and one died. The incidence rate is 334.77/10 million; 158 cases of infectious diseases of C 4 species were reported, the incidence rate is 104.12/10 million. The top five infectious diseases B are hepatitis, bacillary dysentery, tuberculosis, measles and gonorrhea; blood and the incidence of sexually transmitted diseases accounted for 45.05% of the total, the total incidence of food-borne diseases accounted for 15.16 %. The total incidence of respiratory diseases accounted for 16.01%. The incidence of the infectious diseases affects workers and farmers, mainly aged 20-40, the infectious diseases C affects students of the elementary school and the children in kindergarten. Conclusions Prevention and control of sexually transmitted disasses and blood should be strengthened, the education of the health knowledge to the workers, students and preschool children enhanced, school＇s surveillance of communicable diseases increased, and the health education of target people focused.
