摘要
目的:观察针灸合中药熏洗治疗跟痛症的临床疗效。方法:将122例跟痛症患者随机分两组,68例为针灸合中药熏洗治疗组,54例为扶他林外用对照组。结果:治疗组有效率为98.5%,对照组72.2%(P<0.01)。结论:针灸合中药熏洗治疗跟痛症是有效方法。
Objective： To observe the curative effect of the combination of acupuncture and washing of traditional Chinese medicine on the pain of ealcaneum. Methods： 122 patients were randomly divldeded into two groups（ the curative group and the controlled group）. 68 eases were curative group while 54 eases were controlled group. The curative group were treated by the combination of acupuncture and washing of traditional chinese medeine, the controlled group by Dielofenae Diethylamine Emulgel. Results ： The total effective rate of the curative group was 98.5% while the eontroled group was 72.2%. There was a significant difference between the curative group and the controlled group（ P 〈 0. 001 ）. Conclusion ： The therapy of the combination of acupuncture and washing of traditional chinese medeine is a very effective treatment.
