摘要
文章提出了一种新型电子凸轮的概念,利用特殊设计的压电陶瓷组合驱动器作为主动件,通过控制其多路输入交流电压的频率、幅度和初相位,使输出的运动实现谐综合的特性,并达到较高的输出精度.对这种电子凸轮的核心元件——压电驱动器的驱动机理进行了分析,并给出了算例,证明了这种新型电子凸轮的可行性.
A concept about a new type of electronic cam is put forward in this paper. A special piezoelectric ceramic sandwich beam actuator was designed as active piece. The output movement can realize the characteristic of harmonic synthesis and get high output precision by controlling frequency, amplitude and initial phase of every element composing periodical input voltage. The paper analyzed the actuating mechanism of the core element of this electronic cam, presented a simulating example and verified the feasibility of this new type of electronic cam.
