摘要
为了对不同类型、不同电压和不同容量的电池进行充电,设计了一种通用的智能充电电源。讨论了锂离子电池、镍镉电池、镍氢电池的充电曲线和充电方法;介绍了以XC164单片机为控制核心,实现对多种电池进行充电;给出了具体的硬件电路和软件流程。实验结果表明,该系统能对电池的充电过程进行有效控制,其充电快速、高效、可靠,不会损坏电池或缩短电池寿命,可实现充电过程的智能化控制。
In order to charge the batteries of different types,different voltage and capacity,this paper describes the design of a general intelligent charging power supply.The paper discusses the lithium ion,nickel-cadmium,nickelhydrogen battery charging curve and charging method,introduces the use of MCU xc164 for a variety of battery charging,and gives a specific hardware and program flow.The experiments demonstrated that the system implements effectively control of charging process characterized by fast,efficient and reliable charging,and realizes the intelligent control in the charging process.
