摘要
现代人力资源管理和传统人事管理是既有联系又有区别的两个概念,它们在管理理念、管理内容、管理方式、部门属性、绩效考核等方面都有各自不同的特点。比较现代人力资源管理与传统人事管理的不同,可以为我国当代管理理论与管理实践的发展提供许多有益的启示。
Although there exist some similarities between Contemporary Human Resource Management and Traditional Personnel Management, they possess individual characteristics in management concepts, management methods, department property, performance evaluation and so on. Comparing the differences of Contemporary Human Resource Management and Traditional Personnel Management, we can attain much beneficial elicitatiou of Contemporary Human Resource Management of our country.
