摘要
[目的]了解重庆市三峡库区农村居民肺结核病相关知识掌握情况及其影响因素,为开展结核病健康教育提供依据。[方法]采取自行设计问卷对重庆市三峡库区575名农村居民掌握肺结核病相关知识情况进行评估,并运用χ2检验及多因素logistic逐步回归法分析其影响因素。[结果]重庆市三峡库区农村居民肺结核病相关知识平均得分为5.85±2.86。肺结核病相关知识得分多因素非条件logistic逐步回归分析发现主要受性别、对健康知识关心程度、文化水平、医疗支付方式4个因素的影响。[结论]应加强农村居民肺结核相关知识的健康教育及宣传活动。
[Objective] To study the knowledge about pulmonary tuberculosis and its influencing factors among rural inhabitants of Three-Gorges Reservoir in Chongqing, and provide basis for health education of tuberculosis. [ Methods] A sampie of 575 rural inhabitants were surveyed by questionnaire. x^2 test and logistic stepwise regression analysis was utilized to study the major factors affecting the knowledge about pulmonary tuberculosis of rural inhabitants of Three-Gorges Reservoir. [ Results] The mean score Of knowledge about pulmonary tuberculosis was 5.85 ± 2.86. Gender, health concern and propaganda, educational level, payment manner of the medical expenses were the important factors influencing knowledge about pulmonary tuberculosis of rural inhabitants. [Conclusion] Health education of knowledge about pulmonary tuberculosis should be enhanced among rural inhabitants of Three-Gorges Reservoir in Chongqing.
