摘要
目的了解大学生伤害健康教育的需求,为开展大学生伤害的健康促进工作提供依据。方法采用分层整群抽样方法,对杭州市某综合性大学的839名大学生进行匿名式问卷调查。结果839名大学生中,男生的伤害发生(遭遇)次数高于女生;体育类专业大学生灼烫伤、骨折、急性扭伤、暴力伤和高空坠落伤的发生(遭遇)次数均高于其他专业学生;不同年级大学生伤害的发生(遭遇)次数差异无统计学意义。大学生伤害知晓率处于较低水平。95.6%的大学生认为有必要进行伤害健康教育,大学生平时获取伤害急救知识的主要来源前3位是报纸杂志、广播电视、父母。结论大学生对伤害健康教育具有较高的需求性和主动性,但目前获得的健康教育效果较差,学校方面提供的专业知识、技能教育工作急需加强。
Objective To evaluate the demands of health education on injury among undergraduates and to provide guidance for the health promotion. Methods An anonymously questionnaire survey was conducted among a random sample of 839 undergraduates. Results The incidence rates of burning, fracture, acute stain, violent injury and falling for the PE specialty students were higher than others. No statistical significance of injury incidence was found among the students of different specialties. The awareness rate about injury was at a low level, about 95.6% undergraduates were eager to get knowledge about injury. The way of obtaining knowledge about injury mainly were newspaper, magazine, broadcast , television and their parents. Conclusion The health educatien on injury is needed and positive, but the impact is poor. The education on health and skills need to be strengthened in universities.
