摘要
用活性染料染甲壳素/棉混纺织物存在棉上染率低、色浅、混纺织物同色性差的缺点.采用阳离子醚化剂预处理混纺织物对染色织物表观色深K/S值、色度指标L*、a*、b*及耐水洗色牢度的比较,得到了最佳预处理工艺条件:阳离子化试剂50 g/L,氢氧化钠15 g/L,60℃处理40 min.研究结果表明:甲壳素/棉混纺织物经阳离子化预处理后,采用活性染料染色,均得到了较好的染色深度和匀染性,并且混纺织物的抗菌性增加.
Shortcomings such as low dye uptake on cotton, light color on cotton and bad homochromicity of blended fabrics occur in reactive dye dyeing of chitin-cotton blended fabrics. An optimal pretreatment process was obtained by the use of cationic etherifying agent for the pretreatment and the comparisons of the dyed fab- rics for their apparent color deepness (K/S value), color intensity indices L^*, α^* and b^*, as well as water-wash fa- stness. The chitin-cotton blended textile was pretreated for 40 min at 60 ℃ with cationic agent at 50 g/L and NaOH at 15 g/L, and dyed with reactive dyes to give good color deepness and leveling, as well as improved antibacterial property.
