摘要
我国房地产行业发展迅速,资金需求量大,而融资渠道却单一狭窄,由此而新生的房地产信托基金成为融资热点。文章回顾了2002年以来房地产信托基金(REITs)的发展,分析了目前我国信托产品的特点和发展模式,并提出法律环境的调整建议。
The real estate industry experienced a fast development. AS the capital demand is rising, the financing tools diversify. This paper mainly discussed about the patterns and characteristics of our current REITs, made an prospect of the future development, gave advice on the law system as well.
