左旋氨氯地平对高血压左室肥厚和颈动脉内膜中层厚度的干预作用 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察左旋氨氯地平(LAML)的降压效果及对原发性高血压(EH)左心室肥厚和颈动脉内膜中层厚度的逆转作用。方法94例EH患者随机分为2组:Ⅰ组服用LAML 2.5 mg/d,Ⅱ组服用氨氯地平(AML)5mg/d。均连服32周,每周测血压1次,用药前及用药32周后各查心脏和颈动脉彩超1次。结果LAML和AML治疗后收缩压、舒张压均较治疗前明显降低,颈动脉内膜中层厚度、左心室后壁厚度及舒张末期室间隔厚度均明显下降。结论LAML能有效降低血压,逆转左心室肥厚和减轻颈动脉内膜中层厚度。 Objective To investigate the antihypertensive effect of levamlodipine versus amlodipine and their effects on reducing left ventricular hypertrophy and intima-media thickness of carotid artery in essential hypertension. Methods Ninety four hypertension patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. Group Ⅰ were taken levamlodipine 2. 5 mg/day,and group Ⅱ were taken amlodipine 5 mg/day for 32 weeks. The blood pressure were measured perweek. The Doppler ultrasound of heart and carotid artery were made before and after treatment. Results After 32 weeks of therapy by levamlodipine and amlodipine, beth systolic and diastolic blood pressure were obviously reduced, and the intimamedia thickness of carotid artery,LVPWT and IVST were reduced. Conclusions Levamlodipine not only may effectively decrease the hypertension but also remodel the hypertrophied ventricle and reduce intima-media thickness of carotid artery.
