摘要
了解护理人员的职业心态及需求,强化其职业信念,满足其合理要求,将有利于护理管理工作。采用问卷调查我院130名护士的结果显示:护士普遍存在着“身心疲劳”、“缺乏理解和尊重”、“事业无发展前提”、“职业满意度低”、“再择业倾向大”等职业心理问题,针对上述问题,笔者认为应从以下几点入手:(1)培养护理职业自豪感,稳定护理队伍。(2)科学培养和使用护士,提高整体素质。(3)提高认识,采取措施,改善护士职业的医院环境。
In order to evaluate the nurses＇ mentality and needs in their work , strengthen their faith in work and satisfy their reasonal needs which turn out to be helpful in the management of nurses. By examing 130 questionnaires, it is found that there exists some vocational psychological problems such as mental stress, lack of respect or undemtanding, pessimistic expecfions for future career, lower level of satisfaction in their works, inclination in switching their jobs etc. In the author＇s opinion, the following measure should be taken to prevent these problems： firstly we can foster numes vocation pride in order to stabilize them, secondly we should cultivate and employ nurses and improve their overall qualities, thirdly we can enhance their awareness and improve hospital enviroment.
