摘要
计算机辅助模块化产品设计作为1种新的设计方法,能以较少的零部件,最大限度地满足不同用户、多种类型和规格产品的需要,给企业带来较大的经济效益。建立了模块化设计流程,分析了计算机辅助模块化方案设计系统的模块数据模型以及参数化模块模型的建立方法,建立了计算机辅助注塑机模块化方案设计系统的总体框架,为注塑机快速优化设计平台的开发奠定了基础。
As a modern design method, computer aided modular product design （CAMPD） can fulfill greatly all kinds of styles and specifications of different users, with fewer parts. It can increase the benefit of enterprise. The paper established the design flows, analyzed the module data model of computer aided modularized project design system and building method of parameterized module model, put forward collectivity project design method of plastic injection machine based on module, and finally the collectivity framework of modularized project design system of plastic injection machine is established.
