用于管道翻衬修复技术中的管状纺织复合材料研究 被引量:9

摘要 针对管道翻衬修复技术,探索了管状纺织复合材料的制备和应用问题.阐述了管状织物、防渗膜及树脂材料的选择及其复合工艺,分析了管状平纹织物、管状纬起绒织物和管状经编针织物的不同应用性能,也对管状纺织复合材料进行了物理性能与耐化学腐蚀性能测试.结果表明,所研制的管状纺织复合材料符合国内外的标准要求. Aiming at the pipeline inversion lining rehabilitation technology, the preparation and application of tubing textile composite are discussed. The tubing fabric, the anti-seepage film and the resin and the composite technology are introduced, and the different application performance of the tubing plain weave, tubing weft pile weave and tubing warp knitting is analyzed. The physical properties and the chemical corrosion-proof properties of the tubing textile composite are tested. The results show that it meets the requirements of the domestic and orerseas standards.
