摘要
研究水资源、社会经济与生态环境之间的相互关系,并将水管理对水资源的影响纳入社会经济活动对水资源的影响中,通过分析研究水资源与社会经济、水资源与生态环境、生态环境与社会经济的相互作用关系,得出水资源、社会经济、生态环境三者之间具有相互联系、相互制约、相互促进的复杂关系,最后指出三者的最合理发展方式是以水资源的可持续利用支持社会经济和生态环境的可持续发展,从而达到三者的和谐发展。
There is close relationship among the utilization of water resources,the development of social economy and the ecological environment.In this paper, the relationship among the water resources,the social economy and the ecological environment is studied.Furthermore,the impact of water management on the water resources is included in that of the social economy activities on water resources.Analysis and researches show that there is complex relationship among the above three aspects,including interrelation,mutual restriction and promotion. Finally,it is pointed out that the most reasonable development mode is the sustainable development of social economy and ecological environment under the support of the sustainable utilization water resources,and thus the harmonious development among them may be reached accordingly.
