摘要
“构建现代国民教育体系和终身教育体系,建设学习型社会”是全面建设小康社会的重要目标。天津市已基本形成了“政府统筹领导、教育部门主管、有关部门配合、社会积极支持、社区自主管理,群众广泛参与”的社区教育管理体制和运行机制。通过大量的调查研究,总结和理清了天津市社区教育发展的线索和脉络,提出了天津市社区教育发展的建议。
It is one of the important goals of building a well - off society in an all - round way to construct modern national education system, life- long education system and learning society. Tianjin has formed the community education management system and operating mechanism which the government leads in entirety, the branch of education administrates, other branches coordinates, the society supports actively, the community manages itself and the crowds participate extensively. This article summarizes the thread of the development of Tianjin community education and presents related suggestions under a great number of investigations.
