摘要
经济的持续增长依赖于以技术创新为核心的技术进步。实证研究表明:长三角地区经济增长的主要方式仍然是依靠大量的资本投入来拉动,技术创新尚未成为经济增长的新引擎。今后,长三角地区的技术创新必须以企业为主导,充分发挥国家创新引导系统、区域创新支持系统以及企业创新实施系统对长三角技术创新的引导和支持作用。
Sustained economic growth depends on technological innovations which center around the technological progress. Empirical research shows that the economic growth in the Yangtze River Delta area still mainly relies on the drive of large amount of capital investment instead of technological innovations which have not yet become the new spur of economic growth in this area. In future, the technological innovations in the Yangtze River Delta area must be oriented by enterprises while giving full play to the guidance and support of the national innovation guidance systems, regional innova- tion guidance system as well as enterprises＇ innovation implementation systems.
