摘要
以伊豆锦、先锋、巨峰、黑奥林等为材料,用空气等离子束对其腋芽进行辐照处理。安全照射时间为60—10秒,以40—25秒较为适宜。照射时间过长芽枯死,过短不起作用。用过氧化物酶同工酶分析,证明了变异的真实性。通过选择获得极早熟品种“早丰718”
The axillary bud and adventitious bud of Yindoujin,Xianfeng,Jufeng and black Aolin are irradiated by air plasma for 60-10 seconds.The time for irradiation is preferably 40-25 seconds because to much irradiation will wither the bud and too less irradiation will not work.The experiment shows that proper doses of irradiation bring about mutants and analysis through peroxide-isoenzyme proves the authenticity of variability.As a result,an extremely precocious breed -'Zaofeng 718' is obtained through carefull choice.
