摘要
以硬脂酸和无水乙醇为原料,锗钨酸为催化剂,催化合成硬脂酸乙酯。考察了原料醇酸比、反应时间、催化剂用量等工艺条件对酯化反应产率的影响,并用正交实验优化出较佳的合成条件:醇酸比为9∶1、催化剂与反应物质量比为1∶100、反应时间6h、在此条件下硬脂酸乙酯产率可达95%以上。
Stearic acid ethlyl ester was synthesized by the reaction of stearic acid and ethanol under the catalysis of germanotungtic acid. The influences of the ratio of reactants, reaction time, and the dosage of catalyst on the yield were studied. By orthogonal experiment design method, the optimized reaction condition was determined. The optimized reaction condition were 9 : 1(molar ratio) of alcohol to acid, 1: 100 (mass ratio)of catalyst to reactants, 6h of reaction time ,80~85℃ being satisfactory reaction temperature. Under such condition, the yield of ester was 95%.
