Neuroglobin and hypoxic-ischemic brain injury

摘要 继血红蛋白和肌红蛋白之后，德国人Burmester等在2000年首次发现了另一类存在于人和小鼠脑内的携氧球蛋白：脑红蛋白（neuroglobin，Ngb）。作为球蛋白家族中的一员，Ngb在脑缺血缺氧状态下对神经元保护起着重要的作用。
