摘要
为了得到耐磨损的表面涂层,用真空熔烧方法制成与钢基休牢固结合的镍基自熔合金—碳化铬复合涂层。用扫描电子显微镜及X射线衍射仪对涂层的组织和结构进行了观察和分析。应用环块磨损试验机,对具有不同碳化铬含量的镍基复合涂层对金属的摩擦副进行了磨损试验。试验结果指出,在同样条件下,在涂层对金属副中的复合涂层的磨损抗力比在金属对金属副中的GCr15钢要好。复合涂层的磨损率比GCr15钢及纯镍基合金涂层降低约一个数量级,并且复合涂层的磨损率是随碳化铬含量增加而下降的。根据试验结果,对在复合涂层中合理的碳化铬含量也进行了讨论。
In order to get a wear resistant surface coating, a vacuum fusion sintering method has been used to make a Ni base self fluxing alloy-chromium carbide composite coating combined solidly with steel matrix. The constitution and structure of the coating are observed and analysed by SEM and X-ray diffractometer. Using a ring and block wear test machine, the wear resistance tests for Ni base composite coating with different chromium carbide content to metal friction pairs have been carried :out in lubrication sliding. The test resuts show that the wear resistance of the composite coating in the coating to metal pairs is better than that of the GCr15 steel in metal to metal pairs at the same conditions. The wear rate of the composite coatings is about one order of magnitude lower than GC15 steel and pure Ni base alloy coating and decreases with the increase in chromium carbide content. According to the test results, the reasonable chromium carbide content in the composite coating has also been discussed.
