对早产儿呼吸道疾病的护理体会 被引量：3

摘要 目的总结早产儿呼吸道疾病的护理体会,提高救治成功率。方法按照早产儿呼吸管理要求,结合早产儿呼吸特点,应用氧疗、雾化吸入、胸部物理治疗及辅助通气等技术,重点做好呼吸监护、保持呼吸道通畅、改善通气功能和预防感染等。结果183例早产儿治愈149例,死亡14例,放弃治疗及自动出院20例。结论做好呼吸道护理、积极预防并发症,是提高救治成功率的关键。
