摘要
根据主副连杆式曲柄连杆机构独特的运动规律,基于UGNX软件实现了使主、副气缸的活塞运动行程、位移、速度和加速度差异最小化的连杆机构的最佳几何参数,并以参数化曲线的方式再现了运动学之变化历程,为后续的动力学分析和发动机整机开发打下了基础。
With the special kinematics law of major-minor connecting rod mechanism in gas engine, based on UGNX software, thesis educed the optimized geometrical parameters of Major-Minor connecting rod mechanism through minimizing the differences of journey and displacement and velocity and acceleration between in piston of major cylinder and piston of minor cylinder, then reappeared kinematics characteristics with curve mode provided by UGNX software, at the same time, all served as a foundation of future dynamic analyses and full gas engine design.
