摘要
抗菌肽是生物防御系统产生的一类对抗外源性病原体的肽类物质,对细菌、部分真菌、病毒、原虫、肿瘤细胞都具有杀伤作用,具有广阔的应用前景。作者分析综述了抗菌肽的分类情况、作用机理、抗菌肽基因工程、面临的问题,以及抗菌肽在畜牧业中的应用前景。
Antibacterial peptides are aclass of peptides with anti--extrogenous pathogen activities. They are derived from biological defnce system and possess antibacterial, antifungus, antiviruses, antiparasite and anticancer cell actions. The antibacterial peptides types,and their antibacterial mechanism,genetic engineering, application overview in Livestock husbandry and the possible problems in clinical were summarized in this paper.
