摘要
介绍了松花江河道特性、水文气象特征、历史冰坝凌汛灾害情况。在分析冰坝形成条件、水热力因素变化的基础上,研究了冰坝的成因和预报方法。由于注重形成冰坝的水量分析和计算,冰坝预报的准确率得到了提高。
This article introduced Songhua River＇ characteristic of riverway, hydrometeorological character and the historical disaster of ice jam flood. It based on the analysis of the condition about the form of the ice jam dam, hydrodynamic and thermodynamic factor, studied the cause of ice jam dam and the way of ice jam dam forecast, the article emphasized the analysis and account of water. It made the cause of ice jam dam base on the water balance and made the precision of ice jam dam forecast be improved.
