摘要
对于薄壁件注塑摸具,其冷却系统是防止塑件变形、提高生产率的重要部分。由于光盘结构的特殊性和高精密度的要求,使得其注塑模具的冷却系统更加复杂,也更加具有至关重要的作用。本文详细研究了光盘注塑模具的冷却系统,并介绍了它的设计方法,包括动镜面、定镜面、浇口Sprue与冲子Punch部分冷却水路的设计等。
For the injection mould of thin-wall plastic parts, it' s cooling system is the important section in preventing plastic parts from distortion and improving productivity. Because it particularity in structure and request of high-precision for CD, cooling system of CD injection mould have more complexity and more important. The thesis detail studies cooling system of CD injection mould, and described the design manner of it, including the cooling water channel of moving plate, stationary plate, sprue and punch etc.
