摘要
为了对企业R&D人员的胜任力进行评价,采用行为事件访谈法构建了R&D人员胜任力模型,并对各项胜任力指标的内涵作了诠释;利用层次分析法确定了各个层次胜任力指标的权重,给出了R&D人员胜任力评分;设计了R&D人员胜任力评价的BP神经网络模型,并将层次分析法得出的结果作为样本,对BP网络进行了训练和测试.研究结果表明,基于AHP和BP神经网络的企业R&D人员胜任力评价是可行的.
By means of the behavior event interview, a competence model on R&D personnel was established in order to evaluate R&D personnel' s competence. Each of competence indices was explained. The competence index weight on every level was determined by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). R&D personnel's competence scores were given too. Back propagation (BP) neural network model on the R&D personnel' s competence evaluation was designed. BP network was trained and tested by the sample that was attained by AHP. Results show that R&D personnel's competence evaluation based on AHP and BP network is feasible.
