摘要
针对非均匀分布内压下的有限长管坯成形极限进行研究。在非均匀内压的增加为比例加载假设条件下,运用Swift分散性失稳理论,建立了有限长薄壁管在非均匀内压变形模式下的破裂失稳极限判据,证明了无限长薄壁管变形模式仅为有限长薄壁管变形模式在长径比为无穷大时的一种特例,由此得出的结论对薄壁管胀形工艺具有重要的理论意义和工程应用价值。
The limit--tube forming limit under non-uniform inner-pressure was studied. On tne hypothetical condition that the non-uniform inner-pressure was proportionally loaded, and based on the Swift's diffuse instability theory,we founded the bursting limit criterion of limit-tubes under non -uniform inner-pressure. It proves that the deformation model of unlimited tube only represents that of the limited tube in the condition of ρ=∞ (ρ is the ratio of the length to the radius). This conclusion has its important theoretical and engineering values.
