摘要
本文采用个别访谈和小组访谈两种质化研究方法,对北京市高科技园区的12家高科技企业、1家孵化器企业以及政府管理机构进行实地调研,对影响高科技企业创新能力的文化价值观进行了探讨和分析。总结出影响企业创新能力的八种文化价值观:愿景驱动、顾客导向、奖励变革、宽容失败、应用型学习、人性化关怀、团队合作和开放式沟通。同时认为,高科技企业按照不同的创立背景可以归纳为依托研究所和高校型、归国和有经验人员创业型、老国企转制型以及外资型四种类型,不同类型的创立背景对组织文化具有一定的影响。此外,中国特有的技术状况以及特有的文化传统,也使得高科技企业在文化价值观的内涵和表现形式上呈现出一定的中国特色。
Thn paper explores the organizational culture values influencing innovation capabilities in High- Tech companies by using the methods of in - depth interview and focus group discussion. Based on the field study in twelve High - Tech companies, one incubator company and related government agencies, the main findings are as follows: first, the organizational culture values influencing innovation capabilities in High - Tech companies can be summarized into eight aspectsvision driven, customer orientation, reformation rewarded, failure tolerance, application study, humanity, team work and open communication. Second, the foundation background of High - Tech companies is found to have some influences on the organizational culture. Third, under the circumstances of technological development and cultural traditions in China. the organizational culture in High-Tech companies features regional characteristics.
