摘要
目的:评估坚强内固定技术治疗颌骨骨折的临床疗效。方法:回顾分析使用坚强内固定技术治疗的97例颌骨骨折患者的临床资料,总结临床应用经验。结果:97例中92例软组织创口Ⅰ期愈合,口内!关系恢复良好,颌面部外形和咀嚼功能得以恢复,张口度正常,治愈率达94.8%。术后6月X线片复查骨折愈合良好,均未见钛板或钛钉移位、断裂,周围骨质无疏松、吸收等现象。结论:微型钛板坚强内固定技术、效果确切,是治疗颌骨骨折的良好方法。
Objective： To evaluate the chnical effects of rigid internal fixation using titanium miniplate on the fractures of maxillofacial bone. Methods： Rigid internal fixation using titanium miniplate were adopted to treat 97 patients with maxillofacial fractures in different site. Clinical data and clinical effect were retrospectively analysed. Results： The wounds of soft tissue were healed at primary stage in 92 cases, and the total cured rate was 94.8% in this group. X-rays examination 6 months postoperation confirmed the satisfactory healing in fracture site. Conclusion： The technique of rigid internal fixation using titanium miniplate is an excellent way to treat maxillofacial fractures.
