摘要
目的建立同时测定复合维生素注射液中维生素A棕榈酸酯、维生素D3和维生素E的方法。方法采用RP-HPLC法,色谱柱为Diamonsil C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-甲醇-二氯甲烷(75:15:10),检测波长265 nm,流速1 m.lmin-1。结果维生素A棕榈酸酯、维生素D3和维生素E的峰面积与浓度的线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率分别为99.7%、99.3%、100.1%。结论所建方法简便、准确,分离效果好,可同时测定复合维生素注射液中维生素A棕榈酸酯、维生素D3和维生素E的含量。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of retinol palmitate,colecalciferol and vitamin E in Compound Vitamin injection. METHODS HPLC method was adopted. A C18 column was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile - methanol - dichloromethane(70:15:10) at the detection wavelength of 265 nm. The flow rate was 1 ml·min^-1. RESULTS The calibration curves of three vitamins were linear (r =0. 9999). The average recoveries were 99, 7%, 99.3% and 100. 1%. CONCLUSION The method is simple and precise. It is suitable for the analysis of retinol palmitate, colecalciferol and vitamin E in Compound Vitamin injection.
