摘要
针对冷挤压工艺生产6061铝合金花键壳体容易产生表面裂纹、拉伤等问题,进行了详细的工艺分析,并利用有限元法进行了成形模拟,揭示了缺陷产生的原因,优化了模具结构和成形方案。同时,从生产实际出发,改进了毛坯表面处理方法及润滑措施。结果表明,该改进措施能有效解决零件的质量问题,最终生产出合格产品。
Because the cold tear is easily generated in cold extrusion process of 6061 Al-alloy splines shell, the cold extrusion process is analysed directly and the finite element analysis software is utilized to simulate the forming. According to the simulation results, the cause of defect is found out and then an improving solution is put forward. Also, through the experiment, the surface treatment and lubricant method are improved. The practical production shows that this improvement can eliminate the defect effectively and the extrusion process is successful.
