基质金属蛋白酶抑制剂对脑外伤后大鼠的神经保护作用 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究基质金属蛋白酶抑制剂对大鼠颅脑外伤的神经保护作用。方法:利用自由落体撞击装置,制作脑外伤模型。将大鼠随机分为实验组(n=32)和对照组(n=32),撞击前1天经侧脑室给药,实验组和对照组分别给予基质金属蛋白酶抑制剂和生理盐水,撞击后6小时、24小时、3天、7天分别处死大鼠,TUNEL法检测海马区细胞凋亡情况。结果:撞击后6小时、24小时、3天实验组较对照组神经功能评分明显减少(P<0.05);神经元的凋亡也有显著减少(P<0.05)。结论:基质金属蛋白酶抑制剂对脑外伤后大鼠有神经保护作用,其作用机制可能与阻止神经细胞凋亡有关。
