摘要
目的 测定参芪健胃颗粒中芍药苷的含量。方法 采用高效液相色谱法（HPLC）测定含量,色谱柱：Krom asil 100-5C18柱（4.6 mm×250 mm）。流动相：甲醇-水（38∶62）,检测波长：230 nm,流速：0.7 m l/m in,柱温：30℃。结果 该条件下芍药苷与其它组分分离良好,芍药苷在0~50μg/m l呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 2,平均回收率为97.90%,RSD=1.186%。3批供试品含芍药苷分别为0.024 2%,0.027 4%,0.021 7%,平均为0.024 4%。结论 HPLC法可用于参芪健胃颗粒的质量控制。
Objective To establish the determination method of Shenqijianwei Granule. Methods HPLC was adopted with Kromasil 100 -5 C18 （4.6 mmx 250 mm）. The mobile phase corsrsted of acetonitrile： Methanol-water （38 ： 62）. Tile detection wavelength was at 230 nm. The flow rate was 0.7 ml/min, and the column temperature was at 30℃. Results The linearity of this method was well with a good seperation . The calibration curve was linear （r =0. 999）in the range of 0 -50μg/ml for Paeoniflorin. The average recovery was 97.90% ,RSD = 1. 186%. The contents of paeoniflorin were 0. 0242% ,0.0274% ,0.02166% in three batch of sample product respectively, and the average content of paeoniflorin was 0. 024 43% , Conclusion The method can be used for the quality control of Shenqijianwei Granule.
