摘要
以陕南产区(西乡,紫阳,镇巴)的茶叶为原料,采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定其中的Cu、Zn、Cd、Pb、Se等微量元素含量。结果表明,Cu、Zn含量很丰富,Cd、Pb含量相当低。分析研究陕南产区茶叶中Cu、Zn、Cd、Pb、Se等微量元素的含量情况,对促进陕南茶叶产区经济飞速发展有着十分重要的意义。
With the atomic absorption spectrophotometry, content of trace element (Cu, Zn, Cd, Pb, Se) of the four kinds of tea from Xixiang district, Ziyang district and Zhenba district, in South of Shaanxi in China was deter mined. The results show that the content of trace element Cu, Zn is quite rich in four kinds of tea; On the contrast, the harzness element contents of Cd and Pb is very less ; And Se is not conveied. So it is necessary to study its development and using valuecontinuly.
