摘要
介绍了一种适用于AC/DC和DC/DC变换的峰值电流型脉宽调制器设计,并且用Cadence Spectre仿真工具进行了仿真分析。模拟结果表明该控制器通过采用改进的欠压锁定电路和基准电流源,使控制器在实现欠压保护功能的同时具有较低的启动电流,降低了待机功耗。
The design of a peak-current-mode pulse width modulator, which can be used in the AC/DC and DC/ DC converters, is presented in this paper. The circuit modules and the whole modulator have been simulated by Cadence Spectre. The results of the simulation show that the modulator has the characteristics of undervoltage protection, low start up current and dissipation by using the improved under-voltage lockout circuit and voltage reference.
