摘要
以手机前翻盖为例,对使用UG Moldwizard自动设计注塑模具的过程和要点,以及应用UG CAM进行数控加工的方法和技术,进行了研究和探讨。设计出相应的注塑模具,介绍了模具的材料,并给出了模具的装配图。
With front turning cover of mobile phone as an example, this paper introduces processes and highlights of auto-design for injection mold based on UG MoldWizard, and discusses NC programming technology based on UG CAM. Corresponding injection mold structure, materials for its principal parts, and assembly diagram are also presented.
