摘要
采用密闭微波消解技术对样品进行消解,用氢化物原子荧光法测定样品,改变仪器条件及所用溶液浓度,找出最佳仪器参数及各种因素对化妆品中汞测定的影响规律。本法的线性方程是If=181.248×c+0.333,加标回收率在97.8%~102.4%之间,相对平均偏差RSD为2.78%。本法具有操作简便、精密度好、灵敏度及回收率高的特点,有一定的实用意义。
Using the closed microwave digestion technology, the cosmetic samples were digested. The determination was carried out by the hydride atomic fluorescence method. When the parameters of the equipment and the concentrations of the solutions were varied, the best parameters of the equipment and the influencing rule of the various factors on the determination of trace mercury in cosmetics were found. By this method, the linear equation was calculated as If = 181. 248 × c + 0.333. The corresponding averages recovery rate were between 97.8 % and 102.4 %. The relative standard deviation (RSD) was 2.78 %. This method was simple manipulation, good accuracy, high sensitivity, highly recovery rate and practicality significant.
