摘要
“谋生手段”作为教师职业观是教师职业幸福感缺失的内部根源。事实上,教师职业不仅是一种“谋生手段”,更是一种“生活方式”。职业幸福感来源于他所经历的职业生活方式。“生活方式”成为教师职业观还需要一个基本前提——教学欲望。教学欲望与教师自身教育经历、教师专业化以及教师的个性密切相关。然而,“生活方式”成为教师职业观目前还只能是一种追求和理想。教师职业幸福感的达成只能是一种有限行为。
The inner root of the absence of teachers' vocational happiness is the view which regards teachers' vocation as "a way of making a living". Factually, teachers' vocation is not only "a way of making a living" but also "life style". Vocational happiness should come from their vocational life style. One of basic premise for "life style" becoming the view of teachers' vocation is the desire for teaching. The desire for teaching is closely connected with teachers' educational experiences, specialzation and personality. However, "life style" as a teachers' vocational view has been an ideal pursuit, the realization of teachers' vocational happiness has been limited.
