摘要
目的：为研究21世纪初生儿体格发育状况，制定2005年深圳地区初生儿体格发育衡量均值，并与其它城市比较。方法：采用横断面时间段整群取样实况调查方法、直接观测法，按1975年中国0~7岁正常儿童体格发育调查研究实施方案。结果：①2005年深圳地区总平均正常足月初生儿体重、身长、坐高、头围、胸围均值男性为3.34kg、50.7cm、34.1cm、33.9cm、33.2cm；女性为3.24kg、50.3cm、33.9cm、33.6cm、33.0cm；男婴比女婴分别增加0.1kg、0.4cm、0.2cm、0.3cm、0.2cm，P〈0.01。②2005年深圳户口正常足月初生儿体重、身长、坐高、头围、胸围均值男性为3.33kg、50.6cm、34.0cm、33.9cm、33.2cm；女性为3.25kg、50.2cm、33.9cm、33.7cm、33.0cm。③2005年深圳籍贯正常足月初生儿体重、身长、坐高、头围、胸围均值男性为3.25kg、50.4cm、33.8cm、33.8cm、33.1cm；女性为3.23kg、50.2cm、33.8cm、33.5cm、33.0cm。结论：①2005年深圳地区总平均足月初生儿男婴体重、身长、坐高、头围、胸围均值比1995年九市城区增加0.04kg、0.3cm、0.2cm、-0.4cm、0.5cm，P〈0.01；女婴均值比1995年九市城区增加0.04kg、0.5cm、0.4cm、-0.3cm、0.4cm，P〈0.01。②深圳暂住人口和深圳地区总平均的男女体格发育五项均值完全相同；深圳户口部分均值略低于深圳地区总平均；深圳籍贯男女体重、身长、坐高、头围、胸围均值明显低于深圳地区总平均均值。
Objective： To know the physical growth of newborn children in Shenzhen in 2005 and to compare with nine other cities. Methods： The cluster sampling of newborn children in a period of time in Shenzhen in 2005 was used. Results： The total averages of weight , body length , sit length, head circumference and chest circumference in male newborn children in Shenzhen in 2005 were 3.34kg, 50. 7cm, 34. 1cm, 33.9cm, 33.2cm. The total averages of female were 3.24kg, 50. 3cm, 33.9cm, 33.6cm, 33.0cm. Conclusion： Compare to those in nine other cities in 1995, the total averages of weight , body length, sit length, head circumference and chest circumference of male newborn children in Shenzhen in 2005 increased by 0. 04 kg, 0. 3 cm, 0. 2 cm, - 0. 4 era, 0. 5 cm, P 〈 0. 01 ; those of female increased by 0. 04 kg , 0. 5 cm, 0. 4 cm , - 0. 3 cm, 0. 4 cm, P 〈 0. 01.
