摘要
建立了测定促肝细胞生长素在人体中的血药浓度的高效液相色谱法，并对8名健康志愿者进行了药代动力学研究。用3P87程序计算药代动力学参数并拟合了房室模型，体内过程符合二室模型。
A method for assaying human plasam concentration of hepatocyte promoting-growth factor (PHGF) was established using HPLC. Pharmacokinetics study of PHGF was carried out on eight young healthy volunteers. The pharmacokinetics parameters was computerized with 3P87 program,with results simulating compartmental model. It was fitted to a 2-compartment.
