摘要
高等教育的迅速发展使得新型高校应运而生,在数量上占有很大比例的青年教师已经成为新型高校事业发展的主力军,也是新型高校教师队伍中最具发展潜力的群体。建立科学、规范、合理的青年教师成才成长机制,并采取切实有效的措施保障机制的实现,对促进新型高校可持续发展有着深远意义。
Young teachers are the main force in the development of new -type universities. Therefore, it is of great significance for such universities to enjoy the sustained development to set up a scientific, standardized and rational mechanism to cultivate the young teachers with effective measures to ensure its implementation.
