摘要
对基体强度为C50,钢纤维、聚丙烯纤维体积率分别为1%~3%、0.11%的混杂纤维混凝土(HFRC)进行了抗压试验,结果表明:HFRC的应力-应变曲线上升段、抗压强度、弹性模量和泊松比均与钢纤维混凝土(SFRC)相近,但应力-应变曲线下降段的平缓程度和韧度指数则较大程度大于SFRC,体现出优异的韧性.
Compression experiments for the hybrid fiber reinforced concrete (HFRC) are conducted. The matrix is C50 concrete, and the volume fraction of steel fiber and polypropylene fiber range from 0 to 3% and 0.11% , respectively. The experimental results show that more similarity between the HFRC and the steel fiber reinforced concrete ( SFRC), which are the ascending portion of stress strain relation curve, compressive strength, elastic modulus and Poisson' s ratio. However, the descending portion of stress strain relation curve of HFRC is much flatter than that of SFRC, and the toughness index of HFRC is bigger than that of SFRC, which clearly show the excellent toughness of HFRC.
