摘要
为了有效脱除石油及其产品中的有机硫,本实验采用复杂有机硫化合物为限制性底物的驯化方式,从被原油污染土壤中驯化、筛选,分离得到对有机硫具有一定脱除效果的菌株,鉴定为枯草芽孢杆菌亚种(Bacillus subtilis subsp.subtilis);以该菌株和白腐真菌作为出发菌株,通过原生质体融合获得具有双出发菌株性状、遗传稳定、可产生孢子和具有一定脱硫能力的融合子。对成品油的脱硫实验可知:融合子可以直接应用于油品的脱硫,有较高的脱硫率,且有较大范围的环境耐受能力,有一定的实际应用价值。
The microorganism of desulfuration have been obtained that were from the polluted soil by the oil through the acclimatization-style of blended sulfur compound.It is bacillus subtilis subsp.with bacillus subtilis subsp and white-rot fungi,the protoplast fusion microorganism desulfuration spore was obtained.The result of the microorganism growing test showed that fusion microorganism can grow good under the condition of 30℃,pH7 and osmotic pressure 10g/L.And it can grow in pH3~11,under 24g/L osmotic pressure.It has effective staying power for changing environment and has great actual value.
