摘要
目的研究脑死亡患者的腺垂体功能变化。方法选取30例脑死亡患者,同时设立特重型颅脑损伤组及对照组各30例,分别测定其血清促甲状腺素(TSH)、生长激素(GH)、催乳素(PRL)水平。结果脑死亡组与正常对照组比较,其血清TSH、GH、PRL 明显低于对照组并有显著性差异;脑死亡组与特重型颅脑损伤组比较,两者诸垂体激素下降水平相近,无统计学差异。结论脑死亡后可引起腺垂体功能减退,但与其他类型的脑功能严重损害患者相比较,其早期血清垂体激素下降水平尚缺乏特异性。
Objective To analyze the adenohypophysis function of brain death patients. Methods Comparison serum level of thyrotropic - stimulating hormone ( TSH ), growth hormone ( GH ), and prolacfin (PRL) in brain death group ( 30 cases), severe craniecerebral in- jury group(30 cases) and control group(30 cases). Results The serum level of TSH, GH and PRL in brain death group is significantly lower than in control group respectively. However there is no significant different between brain death group and severe craniecerebral injury group. Conclusion The adenohypophysis function decreased in brain death patients. Compared with severe craniecerebral injury patients,it is lack of specificity that the serum level of hormone secreted by adenohypophysis decreased.
