AF系统治疗胸腰椎骨折

摘要 目的探讨AF系统治疗胸腰椎骨折的临床应用效果。方法对40例胸腰椎骨折患者行AF(Atlas fixation)系统内固定。结果伤口均Ⅰ期愈合,矢状面Cobb角术前平均18.5°,恢复到平均3.5°;冠状面Cobb角术前平均4.6°,术后矫正为0°;被压缩椎体高度由术前40%~70%,平均65%,平均18.5°术后90%~98%,平均96.2%;神经恢复情况Frankel A级4例恢复到B级,B级4例恢复到C级,C级和D级各8例,均恢复到E级。结论AF系统操作简单,固定可靠,术后神经功能及骨折愈合恢复满意,是相当值得推荐的治疗胸腰段骨折的方法。
