摘要 研究了离子液体对异丁烷与正丁烯烷基化反应的催化作用,考察了离子液体组成、异丁烷与正丁烯物质的量比等因素对烷基化反应的影响。结果表明:A1Cl3质量分数为0.65~0.70的离子液体是很好的烷基化催化剂,离子液体中A1Cl3的含量过低,有利于烯烃聚合,过高则有利于深度烷基化反应;在反应温度为10~25℃,异丁烷、正丁烯在质量比大于2.5的条件下反应,正丁烯的转化率可达到100%的。 Catalytic effect of ionic liquids to isobutane and butene alkylate reaction was studied, composition of ionic liquids, isobutane and butene mole compares factors to the alkylate reaction influence was reviewed. The result indicated that ionic liquid of AlCl3 mole score 0.65 - 0.70 is better to alkylate reaction, the AlCl3 content excessively low is advantageous to the alkene polymerization and excessively high is advantageous to the depth alkylate reaction in the ionic liquid, the butene conversion rate may achieve 100 % under 10 - 25℃ and the isobutane to the butene quality ratio more than 2.5.
